Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the Bank Guarantees in respect of which interim relief was sought under Section 9 has become infructuous as the Bank Guarantees have already been encashed. It is submitted that even though the MSA has been terminated and the Bank Guarantees enchased, but the other mutual obligations of the parties under the Contract still subsist which would be agitated by the petitioner before the learned Arbitrator and may be left open. 3.
There are oral communications from the respondent that they are shifting back to the manual system of operation, while the petitioner had been providing Automatic Fair Collection System.
