This appeal has been filed by the appellant, challenging the Order dated 18.05.2024 passed by the learned District Judge, (Commercial-II) District Central, Tis Hazari Courts (hereinafter referred to as, 'Commercial Court') in CS (COMM) No. 1491/2023 titled Smt. Neha Kalra v. Vinod Arora, dismissing the application filed by the appellant seeking leave to defend the above suit. 3.
It is pertinent to mention here that the present appeal has been filed with a delay of 292 days. The only ground urged by the appellant in the application seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal is that he had suffered financial crisis because of which his physical and mental condition got affected, and he was diagnosed with high Sugar The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and blood pressure. In addition, his wife also suffered from various health issues. It is stated that because of the business loss, he sold his house and shifted in a rental accommodation, due to which he inadvertently lost sight of the litigation 4.
We do not find the above explanation sufficient enough to justify such a huge delay that has occurred in filing of the present appeal.

The application is accordingly dismissed.

Since, the application seeking condonation of delay is dismissed, the present appeal, along with other pending application(s), is accordingly dismissed.
