% 22.03.2018 This is an application under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an Arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has appointed a Sole Arbitrator in accordance with the agreement. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner has no objection to such Arbitrator. Accordingly, as the Arbitrator has already been appointed, the petition is disposed of with no order as to cost. Copy of the order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
