The present petition under Section 24 read with Section 151 of the CPC seeks the following prayers:

<A. to allow the present petition and pass an order for transfer of the MACT No. 8 of 2023 titled as <Sapna Mishra & Ors. Vs. Amit Kumar & Ors.= from the court of Ms. Vrinda Kumari, Judge, P.O. MACT, Patiala House Court, New Delhi District, Delhi to PO MACT , District Central, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi,; B.

to pass any other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in view of the above facts and circumstances of the case.= 3.

During the course of proceedings, CM APPL. 78915/2025 in TR.P.(C.) 104/2025 was filed with the following prayers: - <C.
