% 05.07.2024 By way of the present petition filed under section 438 read with section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.226/2024 dated 27.03.2024 registered under sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at P.S.: Narela to which sections 3(r) and 3(s) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 have subsequently been added. After making some submissions in the matter, Mr. Praveen Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file an appropriate bail application, as may be permissible, in accordance with law.
