The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution read with Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "(i) Initiate contempt proceeding against the alleged contemnor/ respondent for willfully and deliberately disobeying the order dated 17.01.2022 passed by Ms. Preeti Agarawal Gupta, Judge Family Court, North West, Rohini Courts, Delhi (hereinafter I referred to as 'the said order'), in Guardianship petition bearing registration no. 26 of 2021 (now registered as HMA No. GP 141 of 2022 pending adjudication before Sh. Anil Kumar, Ld. Judge, Family Courts, South-West, Delhi).

(ii) Pass any other or further order/s as this Hon 'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.
