Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties informed that the impugned order dated 28th May, 2024 has already been withdrawn by the court concerned vide order dated 5th July, 2024. It is submitted that since the impugned order has already been withdrawn by the trial court and therefore, nothing is left in the instant revision petition for further adjudication. It is further submitted on behalf of the revisionist that he has the liberty to take all the contents made in the revision before the court concerned at appropriate stage.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the instant revision petition is disposed of.
