The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, read with Section 151 of the CPC seeks following prayers:- "(a) The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this present miscellaneous case of the Petitioner mother and to set aside the order dated 28.05.2024 passed by Ms. Charu Aggarwal, Ld. Family Court, District West, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, in GP No. 40/2020 titled as "Pooja Bhaskar Vs. Vikas & Ors.", whereby the interim custody of minor children has been granted to the respondents for a period from 15.06.2024 to 23.06.2024 and;

(b) To pass any further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, in the interest of justice."
