% 15.01.2020 Vide the order dated 06.09.2019 the appellant was directed to deposit an amount of Rs.7,00,000/- and thereafter the notice was to be issued. As per the office report dated 15.01.2020 the amount has not been deposited and the notice was not issued due to non-filing of process fee. Even none appears on behalf of the appellant despite calls.

It appears the appellant does not want to pursue the appeal, hence is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
