Mr. Ankur Chhibber, learned counsel submits that the issue raised in all these petitions has already been decided by this Court vide judgment dated 18.07.2024 in W.P.(C) 15248/2022 titled Union of India & Ors. Vs. Sanjeev Kumar & Anr. The above fact is not disputed by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

Accordingly, judgment dated 18.07.2024 in W.P.(C) 15248/2022 passed by this Court shall be applicable in all these petitions as well. 3.
