The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:- "In view of aforementioned facts and circumstances it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari thereby quashing/setting aside the vacation Notice Dated 6.6.2024 issued by the office of respondent No.1 through assistant engineer (BLDG)-1, central zone.

Also issue a writ of mandamus thereby directing I respondent No.1 to supply I furnish the copy of the demolition order dated 5.4.2021 as mentioned in the vacation notice dated 6.6.2024, to the petitioner, so that the petitioner can avail his remedies as per law. Also Issue a writ of mandamus thereby directing respondent No.1 and 2 from not taking any coercive steps against the petitioner and the suit property during the pendency of the present writ petition.
