Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.0350/2019 under Sections 342/384 IPC, registered at PS: Subhash Place, Delhi and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom.

Learned ASC for the State submits that Closure Report has already been filed before the Court on 19.09.2025.

In view of aforesaid, nothing more survives in the present Writ Petition, which is hereby disposed of along with pending Applications, with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Appropriate Forum, in accordance with law.
