But since the settlement/compromise was not brought on record, in order to ascertain as to what was decided by the parties regarding the deposited amount, notice of this application be issued to respondent through counsel on the petitioner taking steps within one week, returnable on 05.03.2025. However, in the meanwhile, as requested by learned counsel for petitioner, he may also place on record a copy of the compromise so that if the other side does not respond to the notice, the application be not further delayed.
