A Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed to challenge the Order dated 04.10.2024 vide which the Complaint under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C has been dismissed vide Order dated 21.09.2019 by learned M.M which Order has bene upheld by the learned Sessions Judge in its Order dated 04.10.2024.

After some arguments, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
