Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners fairly submits that by this time, the main prayer of the petitioners has been rendered infructuous. 2.

He, however, confines his prayer to the extent of directing respondent No.3 to consider returning the registration fees. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition stands disposed of, with liberty to the petitioners to file a proper representation before the said authority, and in case, such a representation is made, let the same be decided in accordance with law and due expedition.
