The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "(i) issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ/writs, order/orders, ·direction/directions, whereby directing the respondent No. 1 to provide necessary protection to the petitioners; (ii) Pass such other or further order /orders which this Hon 'ble Court may deem tit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the marriage between petitioner no. 1 and 2 was solemnized on 15.04.2024 at Ghaziabad U.P. as per Muslim rites and customs and the marriage was duly registered with the office of Marriage Registrar Officer-V, Ghaziabad U.P.. The copy of the marriage certificate is on record as Annexure P-2 (Colly). against their marriage and have been constantly threatening them. 3.

Learned Standing Counsel for the State on advance notice submits that the contact number of the concerned Beat Constable and the SHO shall be provided to the petitioners and in case of any exigency, the said officials shall respond promptly.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
