Pursuant to previous order dated 14.06.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge (Vacation Bench), status report has been filed in hard copies. The same is taken on the record. 2.

Ms. Priyam Agarwal, appearing on behalf of Mr. Sanjay Lao, Standing Counsel (crl) for respondent submits that the mother of the petitioner was suffering from gall stone disease for which elective Laproscopic cholecystectomy was done on 13.06.2024 and the mother-patient has since been discharged from the hospital on 15.06.2024. It is submitted that on inquiry, the medical condition of the patient has been found to be stable and she no longer requires any special care or attention.
