Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, prays that since there is a stay order dated 23.09.2022 operating in favour of the petitioner, therefore, the same be extended for a period of four weeks. 3.

Bearing in mind the limited submissions made by the petitioner, leave and liberty, as prayed, is granted.

The order dated 23.09.2022 shall remain in force for a period of 30 days from today. The same is without prejudice to rights and contentions of the parties.

If the petitioner prays for interim relief before the concerned Court/forum, the same shall be decided strictly in accordance with law.
