This is an application moved by the applicant/accused seeking interim bail for a period of four weeks in terms of Section 439 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 to enable him to appear in the UPSC1 Examination, 2024 scheduled to be held at Patna, Bihar on 16.06.2024, and thereafter for SSC2 scheduled to be held from 26.06.2024 to 28.06.2024.

Having regard to the serious allegations levelled against the applicant/accused, this Court is not inclined to consider the application for grant of interim bail. The same is accordingly dismissed.
