M.A. No. 2062/2017 (Stay) By this petition the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.275/2003 under Sections 279/304A IPC and Section 187 of the Motor Vehicle Act registered at PS Bhajan Pura, Delhi on the complaint of respondent No.2 and the proceedings pursuant thereto on the ground that the parties have settled the matter.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in Court, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition and application. CRL.M.C. 465/2017
