Writ Petition Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking from of their life and liberty from Respondent Nos.2 to 6.

As per the submissions made, Petitioners had got married against the wishes of their family members on 06.06.2024 as per Hindu rites and customs in Delhi. Therefore, they apprehend honor killing on the hand of their family members / Respondent Nos.2 to 6. 4.

Protection has already been granted to the Petitioners by this Court vide Order dated 14.06.2024.

In terms of Order dated 14.06.2024, Writ Petition along with pending Applications is disposed of.
