The present application is filed under section 438 read with section 482 Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail and for the issuance of necessary directions to the SHO/Investigating Officer of P.S. Rajinder Nagar of the complaints dated 08.06.2024 and 09.06.2024, to the release of the petitioner on bail in the event of arrest.

Mr. Utkarsh, Additional Public Prosecutor assisted by Investigating Officer SI Awadhesh Narayan, P.S. Rajinder Nagar for the respondent no. 1/State stated that on the complaint dated 06.06.2024, only the preliminary enquiry is being conducted and till today no FIR has been registered implicating the petitioner. He further stated that, at present there is no apprehension of the arrest of the petitioner. 3.
