Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari, ASC for the State submits on instructions that charge-sheet qua the petitioner shall be filed soon. He further informs that petitioner joined investigation and investigation is complete. 2.
Counsel for petitioner states that petitioner shall join and fully cooperate in further investigation, as and when so directed. 3.
The present bail application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.187/2024, under Sections 386/120B IPC, at P.S. K.N. Katju Marg. Petitioner was granted interim protection by order of this Court on 14th June 2024.
