It is stated by Mr Bhasin, learned counsel for the judgment-debtor that the amount in terms of the directions issued on 16.03.2023 has been deposited with the Registrar General of this Court. 2.

Since there is no stay in OMP (COMM.) 323/2022, the decree-holder is entitled to release of this amount subject to furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Registrar General, Delhi High Court. 3.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
