W.P.(C) 1062/2016 & CM No.4599/2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking directions to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to adhere to the Nationalised Bank (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970 and quash the administrative instruction which are inconsistent with the statutory scheme. After some arguments, Mr.Sakesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition as well as application with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging

letter dated 13.01.2016.

With the aforesaid liberty, the petition as well as application are dismissed as withdrawn.
