The present appeal has been preferred by the appellant-IGNOU under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent seeking setting aside of order dated 03.05.2024 in W.P.(C) 815/2024, whereby the learned Single Judge has directed that the next stage of document verification be carried out by IGNOU within six weeks.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of appellants submits that if document verification of the candidates is done at this stage, the writ LPA 501/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. petitioners, who have serious lacunae in their application forms submitted with the NTA, would use this opportunity to overcome the same. Learned counsel submits that despite repeated requests, NTA has not furnished requisite documents to the appellant-University and in the absence of the documents, directions vide order dated 03.05.2024 cannot be complied with. 3.

Mr. Sanjay Khanna, learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of NTA submits that even though documents have already been furnished to the appellant, however, again copies of the applications as well as documents attached therewith of 199 successful candidates, shall be furnished to appellant within two days.

In view of above, learned counsel for appellant submits that he confines relief(s) sought in the present petition to prayer for supply of such documents and digital copy of answer scripts of computer based test, to the appellant.

In light of the aforesaid, we hereby direct the NTA to furnish applications as well as documents attached therewith and digital copy of answer scripts of computer based test of 199 successful candidates to appellant positively within two days. On receipt of such documents, the appellant shall complete the process of document verification within one week thereafter. As such nothing more survives for consideration in the present petition.

The present petition and pending applications stand accordingly disposed of.
