The Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of bail in the event of arrest in FIR No.76/2023 dated 10.10.2023, registered at Police Station Economic Offences Wing for offences punishable under Sections 420/409/120 IPC.

After some arguments, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application. 3.

Permission, as sought for, is granted.

The bail application is disposed of as withdrawn, along with pending application(s), if any.

It is made clear that withdrawal of the present bail application should not mean automatic arrest of the Petitioner unless there are reasons to arrest the Petitioner.
