This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, seeks following prayers:- "A. issue orders /directions, whereby directing the Ld. Trial Court to expeditiously decide the application in time bound manner moved by the petitioner .i.e. within a week or so by recalling of the order dated 14.10.2023 and further grant permission to the petitioner to take the minor child abroad without any delay or latches, in the interest of justice, and/or.

B. Grant permission in favour of the Petitioner to take the minor child to USA during summer vacation, and/or C. Pass any other order or direction as deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice."

It is pointed out that the aforesaid application was filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking recall of order dated 14.10.2023 is pending adjudication before the learned Family Court.

In view of the above, with the consent of the parties, the present petition is disposed of requesting learned Family Court to decide the aforesaid application as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months without giving any undue adjournment to either of the parties. 6.

Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly. 7.

Copy of the order be sent to concerned learned Family Court-02, SouthWest, Dwarka, New Delhi, for necessary information and compliance. 8.
