1. The present writ petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 08.08.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (Tribunal) in Original Application (O.A.) No. 277/2020.
Vide the impugned order, the learned Tribunal has dismissed the O.A. filed by the respondents.
2. At the very outset, Mr. Vaibhav Kalra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition, as filed, does not contain complete factual details. Further, some of the relevant documents have also not been filed.
