This writ petition complaints with regard to the working of the Hajj Committee including its constitution and the modalities for travel for persons proceeding on Hajj. We are of the view that the respondents need to examine the issues raised in the writ petition and take a view thereon.

The respondent nos. 1 and 2 are represented on advance notice before us.

This writ petition is accordingly disposed of with the direction to the respondent nos.1 and 2 to treat the writ petition as a representation and take a view thereon.

Given the nature of the grievance expressed, the respondent
