The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution for quashing of the show-cause notice dated 03.06.2024 bearing unauthorized construction file no. 91/UC/BLGD./8HN/2024 pertaining to the property bearing no. A-4/373, Nand Nagri, Delhi, 110093. 4.
The counsel for the petitioner stated that the respondent/MCD had issued the show-cause notice dated 03.06.2024 on the allegation of raising unauthorised construction and thereafter to demolish the alleged unauthorised construction.

issued the show-cause notice, and the petitioner has already filed reply in response to the show-cause notice. The demolition order is not yet passed. It is further stated that the demolition order in respect of the property in question shall be passed in accordance with law. 6.
In view of the above submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner the present petition stands disposed of along with pending application.

However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to initiate appropriate legal proceedings in case the demolition order is passed against the property in question.
