Learned counsels for the parties submits that the matter has been settled before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre vide settlement agreement dated 13.01.2020.

The parties are present in person. Both the parties have filed their requisite affidavits in support of the petition, which are on record. 3.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement as well as the affidavits filed in support thereof.
