After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. He, however, prays that the applications pending before the learned Sessions Court for cancellation of NBWs issued against the petitioner and for anticipatory bail be considered at the earliest. 2.

Learned APP for the State submits that he has no objection to the aforesaid request.

Leave and liberty, as prayed for, are granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith the pending applications with a direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to move appropriate application in this regard before the concerned court, which shall be considered in accordance with law.
