% 31.08.2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 01.08.2018 FIR has been registered on the petitioner's complaint. However, the petitioner apprehends that the records in the office of the Sub-Registrar, Delhi Archives could be tampered with. He submits that there is a reason for apprehension of the records being tampered with, and that is substantiated by the fact that two sets of documents have been issued by the Department of Delhi Archives, GNCT of Delhi. He has, therefore, already obtained three sets of the certified copies of certain documents which are annexed with the petition. Mr. Chadha, the learned counsel for the State, submits that due care would be taken to protect and safeguard the documents related with the case. He assures the Court that the matter will be thoroughly investigated and a report will be filed before the appropriate Court, as soon as possible. In view of the above, no further orders are called for. Should the

petitioner have any grievance, he will have the liberty to approach the appropriate court for directions. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
