In the instant petition, the petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 29.05.2024.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-MCD, on advance instructions, submits that on account of some inadvertence, order dated 29.05.2024 came to be passed. He, therefore, submits that the same would be withdrawn.

In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 29.05.2024 stands withdrawn.

Let a formal communication in that respect be issued by the respondent-MCD to the petitioners.

He further submits that the respondent-MCD has already scheduled the hearing and for that purpose, the date is fixed for 16.07.2024.

He seeks liberty to take necessary action in accordance with law.
