% 06.02.2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the Agreement in question was executed at Baitar. He fairly concedes that there is no Clause in the Agreement which provides that the seat of Arbitration would be at Delhi.

On instructions in view of the above pecuniary facts, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file the same before the Court of competent jurisdiction.
