The present application is filed for release of the original Sale Deed of the property, being Third Floor with roof rights of House No. WZ-Block, 106/134, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi, to Mr. Krishan Kumar, who is the younger brother of the applicant. 2.

The application is duly supported by the affidavits given by the other legal heirs of the deceased Janak Dulari. 3.

The application is allowed and the Registry is directed to release the original documents submitted pursuant to the order dated 31.05.2022 to Mr. Krishan Kumar son of late Raj Kumar, R/o P-19, WZ Block, 106/134, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi 4.

BAIL APPLN. 4196/2021 5.

The present application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 888/2020 dated 21.10.2020, under Sections 420/506/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Rajouri Garden.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the parties have amicably settled their dispute and entered into a settlement dated 02.12.2023 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. She submits that the amount of ₹15 lakhs in terms of the settlement has been handed over today to the complainant by way of the Demand Draft bearing No.500015 dated 09.01.2024, drawn on ICICI Bank, GK-II, Delhi by the applicant.

The applicant was released on interim bail by an order dated 31.05.2022.

In view of the above, the order dated 31.05.2022, granting interim bail to the applicant is made absolute, subject to the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the said order. 9.

The present bail application is disposed of in aforementioned terms 10.

The pending applications are not pressed and are disposed of.
