O R D E R

I.A. 38369/2024 (Joint Application seeking decree of the suit in terms of Settlement Agreement dated 31st July, 2024) 1.

The present application has been filed jointly on behalf of the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 of Civil Procedure Code ("CPC"), 1908, seeking decree of the suit in terms of the Settlement st Agreement dated 31 July, 2024.

The present suit has been filed by the plaintiff against the defendants for perpetual and mandatory injunction restraining the defendant no.1 from using/disclosing confidential and proprietary information of the plaintiff for/to its own benefit or to that of any third parties, including, defendant The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. nos.2 and 3, along with claim for damages for violation of terms of employment agreement by defendant no.1 and specific performance of the said employment agreement by defendant no.1.

Vide order dated 08th July, 2024, the matter was referred to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, wherein, the parties have successfully negotiated a settlement and executed a settlement agreement dated 31st July, 2024.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties have entered appearance today and have confirmed the terms of the settlement and pray that the suit be decreed in terms thereof.

The Court has perused the terms of the settlement and finds the same to be lawful.

6.

Accordingly, the present suit is decreed in terms of the settlement agreement dated 31st July, 2024, which shall form part of the decree. 7.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement.

In view of the fact that the parties have arrived at a compromise, Registry is directed to issue a certificate for refund of full Court Fees in favour of the plaintiff.

9.

Decree sheet be drawn up.

10.

The suit along with the pending application, stands disposed of. 11.

The next of hearing, i.e., 25th September, 2024, stands cancelled.
