Learned APP submitted that the prosecution shall try its best to examine all the public witnesses before the Trial Court, without seeking any adjournment.

In view of the aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application, with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the Trial Court.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. Pending application is also dismissed. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the proceedings.
