The present petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution seeking direction to the respondent to restore the supply of electricity of 2nd floor and ground floor of property bearing no. G-64(105), Gali No. 20-22, Rajapuri Colony, Uttam Nagar-110059.

Mr. Rishab Raj Jain, Standing Counsel who is appearing on behalf of the repondent on advance notice stated that as per the instructions, electricity connection of ground floor only has been disconnected and there are dues amounting to Rs.2030/-. Ms. Latika Choudhury, Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner stated that the arrears of the electricity bill pertaining to the CA no. 103389492 shall be paid preferably within a period of 15 days. 6.

Accordingly, the present petition along with pending application, stands disposed of with direction to the respondent to restore electricity connection bearing CA no. 103389492 subject to payment of arrears of electricity charges.
