This matter was heard on 13.02.2024 and was directed to be listed today for further proceedings.

Mr. Prem Garg, learned counsel has appeared for the judgment-debtor No. 2 but there is nobody appearing on behalf of the other judgment-debtors today.

Mr. Sharma, learned counsel for the decree-holder states that as per the terms of the Mediation Settlement dated 24.11.2011, it was agreed as under:- "Further, it is agreed between the parties that in the above mentioned property, one room which is exactly at the back of the kitchen will be given to Ram Sharma, Plaintiff with a door entry in his current bedroom. A kitchen and new bedroom entry door will be constructed outside Ram Sharma's bedroom in the passage area with shelves, utensil sink, exhaust fan & 2 water pipelines (Tank and Submersible) after mutual consent The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. latest by December 27, 2011. No one else will have any rights ·in these rooms and kitchen unless mutually parted before parents.
Further, inside Chowk & Drawing Hall will remain common for everyone till any of the parents are alive or unless mutually parted before parents."

It is directed that the decree holder shall be allowed to construct a kitchen and a new bedroom entry door outside his bedroom in the passage area with shelves, utensil sink, exhaust fan and two water pipelines (Tank and Submersible).

None of the judgment debtors will have any rights in these rooms and kitchen, unless mutually parted before parents. 6.
The decree holder shall also be entitled to use inside Chowk and drawing room in common with all the judgment debtors. 7.
With these directions, the execution stands satisfied and disposed of.
