This court on the last date of hearing has specifically sought the physical possession report from the concerned revenue authorities in respect of the property furnished as security by the decree holder. Today, Mr. Sunil Kumar, Lekhpal from the office of Tehsil Dadari, Gautam Budh Nagar (U.P) has brought the report dated 22.04.2025, however, the said report is also silent as to the physical possession in respect of the said property. 2.

In view of the above, the District Magistrate concerned is directed to file a proper physical possession report after duly verifying the physical status of the property i.e. Villa no. V-6/5, having area 556.04 Sq.
