Matter is pending for verification of bank guarantee furnished by the defendant.

Ms. Shikha Jaiswal working as Manager with IDBI Bank, Karol Bagh Branch virtually joined the proceedings her statement has been recorded with respect to verification of the bank guarantee. 3.

Ms. Shikha Jaiswal has stated that the bank issued BG no. 250127IBGF00023 on 19/08/2025 for a sum of Rs.1,50,00,000 (Rupees One Crore Fifty Lakhs Only) and the same is valid upto18.05.2026. The same has been issued at the instance of M/s Kalyan Jewellers India Ltd. in favour of the Registrar General, Delhi High Court. She has identified the bank guarantee as Ex.BG/P/1. 4.

The Ex.BG/P/1 is found in order and the same is hereby accepted. Plaintiff shall keep the BG alive during the pendency of the present proceedings. The banker has submitted her signed statement for extended bank guarantee along with photocopy of her employee id card virtually.
