Learned SPP for CBI submits that wife of the petitioner namely Barinder Kaur is not available in India as she was permitted to travel abroad from 01.07.2024 to 12.08.2024, pursuant to the judgment dated 24.06.2024, wherein the present petitioner had given an undertaking that till the time his wife is traveling he will not make an application to travel abroad. 2.

At this stage, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Court again as and when Barinder Kaur comes back to India.
