This hearing is being conducted through hybrid mode. 2.

Learned counsel for the Respondents has placed on record an order dated 01.01.2025, whereby the appointment of the Petitioners has been considered under the OCS (RA) Rules, 1990, subject to the submission of requisite documents in the prescribed format. It is further stated that an order dated 15.02.2025 has subsequently been passed, appointing the Petitioner temporarily against the vacant post of Watchman (Group-D) under the Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme, in the Pay Scale of Rs. 16600-52400/- (Level-1) of the Pay Matrix under ORSP Rules, 2017, and dearness allowance as admissible from time to time. The documents placed on the record today in the Court be digitized.

That being the case, the directions passed in the judgment dated 29.03.2023, passed in W.P.(C) No. 11187/2016 stands satisfied. 4.

However, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners seek to be posted only in Delhi. several cases in the past, requests from individuals appointed on compassionate grounds for transfer to their home town have been accepted. If that is the case, the Petitioners shall be at liberty to make a request to the Respondents-Department for their posting in Delhi. 5.

As nothing further survives in the present contempt petition, the same stands disposed of as satisfied. The pending applications are also disposed of.
