% 24.02.2020 Rev.Pet.77/2020 & CM.APPL 7098/2020(delay) The appeal filed by the applicant/review petitioner was dismissed by order dated 27.09.2019 as there was delay of 3395 days in filing the appeal. The present review petition has been filed seeking review of said order, along with an application seeking condonation of 137 days delay in filing the review petition.

We find no grounds to entertain the review petition. The review petition and the application are accordingly dismissed. Mr.Kishore Kumar Patel, learned counsel for the review petitioner submits that he will make a fresh representation to the respondent.
