The present petition under Section 401 read with Section 397 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 assails order dated 27th May, 2019, passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court (North-West District), Rohini Courts in MT. No. 164/2018 titled "Smt. Ruby & Anr. v Manish", whereby monthly ad-interim maintenance of INR 2,000/- and INR 1500/- was awarded in favour of Respondent No. 1 and Respondent No. 2, respectively. 2.

During the pendency of the present proceedings, the underlying maintenance proceedings have since been finally adjudicated by order dated 08th September, 2024. Respondent No. 2 has been held entitled to maintenance of INR 2,000/- per month from the date of filing of the petition until she attains the age of majority, however, no maintenance has been awarded in favour of the Respondent No. 1.

In light of the foregoing, counsel for the Petitioner states that relief sought in the present petition now renders infructuous. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
