The prayer in this writ petition is only for a decision on the petitioner's representation dated 13 January 2025 preferred under Rule 29 of the CRPF Rules.

Issue notice to show cause as to why rule nisi be not issued. 3.
Mr. Dev Pratap Shahi appearing for Mr. Rohan Jaitley, CGSC, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that the respondent would decide the petitioner's representation within a KUMAR 16:41:54 W.P.(C) 8074/2025
period of six weeks from today.

In view thereof, we dispose of this writ petition, with a direction to the respondents to decide the petitioner's representation and pass orders thereon, within a period of six weeks from today. 5.
The orders as and when taken, would be communicated forthwith to the petitioner.

Needless to say, if the petitioner is aggrieved, his rights and remedies in that regard would stand reserved. 7.
The petition stands disposed of.
