Mr. Ashit Kapoor, learned counsel for the decree holder, states, upon instructions, that proceedings for insolvency of the judgment debtor have been instituted in Spain. He, therefore, does not wish to press these enforcement proceedings but seeks liberty to revive these proceedings, if necessary, in future.

The enforcement proceedings are disposed of with liberty as aforesaid.
