The matter has been disposed of as settled between the parties in the National Lok Adalat on 10.05.2025.

It has been recorded in the order dated 10.05.2025 that the Respondent No.2/Insurance Company has agreed to pay Rs.3.3 lacs in addition to the compensation already awarded within six weeks, failing which the Insurance Company will be liable to pay interest thereon. 3.
Learned Counsel for Respondent No.2/Insurance Company submits earlier entire compensation amount had already been released. 4.
The additional agreed amount in the sum of Rs.3.3 lacs shall deposited by Respondent No.2/Insurance Company within the time frame so directed in terms of the order dated 10.05.2025. 5.
The Registry is directed to list the matter in the second week of July, 2025, in the event that the deposit has not been made.
